Powell River Healthworks is located in Powell River, BC, Canada. Our emphasis is on treating pain, however we do have a general practice. Edward Sanderson is the acupuncturist at Powell River Healthworks
Edward has been practicing acupuncture since 1987. He has a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is also a Postural Alignment Specialist, certified by The Egoscue University.
Besides acupuncture, Edward has studied many modalities over the years, and uses what ever he feels is appropriate in a given session. Other modalities include qi gong, acupressure, EFT, and hypnotherapy. The Egoscue Method of Postural Alignment is a form of exercise therapy that relieves chronic pain by improving structural alignment.
