- I Am: A Practitioner of Complementary Medicine
- From: Canada
- My Interests: My primary interests are acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. In that capacity, I utilize all of the TCM therapies including cupping, moxabustion, electro-stimulation, scraping, bleeding, tui na massage, and patented Chinese herbal formulas. Additionally, I am a reiki master and teach periodic classes in the three primary levels of Usui style reiki. My other interests include my service as a hospice volunteer in the downtown Eastside of Vancouver, writing and recording music, playing tennis, and raising my two beautiful children, Julian (7 yrs.) and Alice (newborn). My children have greatly influenced my love of pediatrics and my hospice volunteering has encouraged a powerful interest in geriatrics. These two special interests are very close to my heart and I relish in any opportunity to treat children or the elderly. Of course, I accept anyone inbetween as well!
