Functions and Usage:
- Promotes digestion, particularly sweets, useful for indigestion, bloating, etc.
- Warms the body, promotes circulation
- Externally on cuts, scrapes, etc.
Dosage and Preparation Notes:
- Tea: .5 to .75 teaspoon.
- Externally: Sprinkle lightly on cleaned cuts, scrapes, etc.
Contraindications:
Use only in culinary amounts during pregnancy.
