Functions and Usage: 
  • Promotes digestion, particularly sweets, useful for indigestion, bloating, etc.
  • Warms the body, promotes circulation
  • Externally on cuts, scrapes, etc.
Dosage and Preparation Notes: 
  • Tea: .5 to .75 teaspoon.
  • Externally: Sprinkle lightly on cleaned cuts, scrapes, etc.
Contraindications: 

Use only in culinary amounts during pregnancy.
