Functions and Usage:
- Anxiety, Insomnia, Mental Restlessness
- Promote digestion
- Alleviate menstrual cramps, delayed menstruation
- Externally for wounds, inflammations, etc.
Dosage and Preparation Notes:
- Tea: 1-3 Tablespoons.
- Compress: Boil 1-3 Tablespoons per Cup of Water and apply liquid externally with a cloth.
Contraindications:
Avoid during pregnancy.
