Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a commonly used western herb to foster and maintain prostate health.  Medical studies have shown that standardized herbal extracts of Saw Palmetto helps to reduce symptoms related to prostate enlargement, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), including frequency and urgency of urination.  Studies have shown effectiveness rates on par with the prescription drug proscar yet with fewer side effects.*

Ingredients: 160mg Saw Palmetto berry extract (60 softgel capsules per bottle)

Dosage:   1 capsule 2 times/day with meals (each bottle is a 1 month supply).  Expect results within 1-3 months of daily use.

Caution/Side Effects: Men Only.  Side effects are rare and mild and much less significant than the prescription drug Proscar.  Some patients may experience mild gastrointestinal symptoms, rhinitis and/or mild headache.
