Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan - Nightsweats, Tinnitus, Hypertension Herbal Formula

Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan (Zhi Bai Di Huang Pian, Zhi Bo Di Huang Wan, Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan, Eight Flavor Rehmannia Teapills) is a ancient and widely used Chinese herbal formula for clearing heat and nourishing the Yin (or cooling) energy of the body. Similar to Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (or the Six Rehmannia Teapills), this formula has more heat clearing functions from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. Common signs of yin deficiency are hot flashes, feeling flushed, nightsweats, chronic sore throat and/or dry mouth, ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and scanty dark urine. Medical conditions that can arise from yin deficiency and for which this formula is helpful are various chronic diseases, hypertension, and supplementing treatment for chronic nephritis.*
Ingredients: Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shu Di Huang), Fructus Corni Officinalis (Shan Zhu Yu, Cortex Moutan Radicis (Paeonia Suffruticosa) (Mu Dan Pi), Rhizoma Dioscoreae Oppositae (Shan Yao), Sclerotium Poriae Cocos (Fu Ling), Rhizoma Alismatis Orientalis (Ze Xie), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Asphodeloidis (Zhi Mu), Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis (Huang Bo).
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or tablets 2 to 3 times a day. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply. Expect results within 3 to 5 weeks of daily use.
Caution: Do not use it if you are taking cold medicines and consult with a professional before taking if pregnant. Do not use it if you have strong cold sensations in the limbs or body in general and/or are strongly drawn to warm drinks. If your appetite is lessened when taking this formula discontinue use.
