Yunnan Baiyao Powder - Stop Bleeding Trauma Herbal Formula

Uses:  Bleeding wounds of any kind - internal or external.  Yunnan Baiyao (Yunnan Paiyao, Yun Nan Bai Yao) is an extremely widely used and well known OTC trauma medicine. This formula is used to stop bleeding in the cases of traumatic injuries.

Invented in 1902 by Dr. Qu Huanzhang in Yunnan, China, this formula has been used within the military to stop bleeding from battle wounds. For most of us, this formula is used as a first-aid treatment for any type of traumatic injury or internal bleeding from cuts, bruises, swelling, from serious wounds from gun shots, car accidents, etc. You can simply pour the powder on the wound and/or take it internally.

The formula for Yunnan Baiyao is considered as a national treasure by the Chinese government and guarded as a top medical secret. It is thought to be comprised of San Qi, or called Tien Chi, Panax pseudoginseng, Panax notoginseng, Notoginseng.

Recommended Dosage:  Package contains 24g in 6 bottles with 4 g per bottle. Each bottle also contains a bonus red pill for internal use in case of serious injury. Can be taken up to 4 times daily. For bleeding injuries, it is better to take the powder with warm water; For swelling, take it with wine. The powder can also be applied externally to arrest bleeding.

For children: 2 to 5 years old, take 1/4 the adult dose each time; 5 to 12 years old, take half the adult dose each time each time.  

Caution:  Do not use if pregnant.  If condition does not improve within 3 days, discontinue use.  Not suitable for people with severe irregular heartbeat. Avoid eating fish, beef, lamb, beans, and/or cold food at the same time.
