Uses: Palpitations, Insomnia, Dizziness, Tinnitus. An Shen Bu Xin Wan (An Shen Bu Xin Pian) calms the nerves and promotes natural heart rhythms.  This formula helps to ease anxiety and blood deficiency signs from a TCM perspective.  Useful for palpitations, irregular heart beat, etc. as well as insomnia and other symptoms of blood deficiency such as dizziness and tinnitus..*

Ingredients: Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (Dan Shen), Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis (Wu Wei Zi), Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (Shi Chang Pu), Concha Margaritifera Usta (Zhen Zhu Mu), Caulis Polygoni Multiflori (Shou Wu Teng), Cortex Albizziae Julibrissin (Albizia Lebbeck) (He Huan Pi), Semen Cuscutae Chinensis (Tu Si Zi) (or Astragalus Complanatus) (Sha Yuan Zi), Herba Ecliptae Prostratae (Mo Han Lian), Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (Nu Zhen Zi), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shu Di Huang).

Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or tablets 3 times a day after meals. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply.  Formula should be taken regularly for 1-3 months initially for best effect.

Caution: Avoid if you have a fever.  If you are pregnant only use under the direction of an herbalist.  This formula may be used with children but only under the direction of an herbalist or medical doctor.(200 tablets)
