Jin Gu Die Da Wan - Tendon and Bone Healing Herbal Formula
Uses: Tendon, Bone and Joint Injuries. Jin Gu Die Da Wan/Pian literally "tendon and bone injury healing" formula, is a classic formula for traumatic injury to the tendons and or bones. Symptoms may include deep bruising, swelling, pain, aches, and general discomfort due to trauma. It may be used for any injury due to fall or trauma including broken bones and damaged tendons/ligaments. Generally this formula is only used for the short term duration of healing/recovery immediately after the onset of the injury.*
Ingredients: Rhizoma Drynariae (Gu Sui Bu), Cortex Moutan (Mu Dan Pi), Resina Boswelliae (Ru Xiang), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gan Cao), Pyritum (Zi Ran Tong), Radix Notoginseng (San Qi), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chi Sao), Resina Dracaenae (Xie Jie), Radix Dipsaci (Xu Duan), Rhizoma Sparganii (San Leng), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhi Shi), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dang Gui), Lignum Sappan (Su Mu), Resina Commiphorae (Mo Yao), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fang Feng), Radix Platycodi (Jie Geng), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Bai Shao), Flos Carthami (Hong Hua), Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Jiang Huang), Semen Persicae (Tao Ren), Herba Artemisiae Anomaiae (Liu Ji Nu), Cucumis Melo L. (Tian Gua Zi).
Recommended Dosage: Take 5 to 7 pills or tablets 3 times a day. At full dose, one bottle renders a 10-day supply. For acute injuries 1-3 weeks is appropriate, whereas chronic injuries may require 3-5 weeks of daily use. For tendonitis, 1-3 weeks is appropriate.
Caution: Do not use if pregnant, old, weak, or during menstruation. Should not be taken over long periods of time.(200 tablets)
