White Tiger Green Tea
In ancient China, there were several animals which were considered highly spiritual. They possessed immeasurable power and even demons were panic-stricken by them. The legend tells that one of the animals was the White Tiger. It was very ferocious and became a symbol for power and strength. It had a white tail and lived in the White Tiger Mountain in Nanchang, China.
This tea comes from the biodynamic tea farm in the same mountain range where the White Tiger once lived. The tea is comprised of young tender spring tea leaves, lightly fired in woks. It derives its name from the tender white sprouts of the leaf tops, resembling the White Tiger's tail. Artisan crafted green tea with white tea character. Slightly sweet, yet savory with vegetal undertones.
Place 1-2 teaspoons of leaves and steep with boiling water about 1-2 minutes or longer depending on your taste.
(125 grams per canister).
