Meditation Research and Resources - Stress Reduction and Health Promotion

The practice of meditation is a useful tool for reducing stress and improving ones overall health. From a Chinese medicine perspective, stress and tension are major contributors to illness. An acupuncturist may recommend meditation practices along with nutrition therapy and exercises such as Qi Gong and Tai Chi to assist you in achieving better health.
