Description: Tai Chi Dao Yin is a Qigong routine that is developed by Master Tam and is easy to learn. People generally feel more relaxed and grounded after class. Highly recommend for those who are looking for gentle and safe exercise to promote well-being.
Schedule:
In Maynard (76 Nason St):
- Fridays at 5:30 - 6:30pm
In Cambridge (705 Cambridge St., 2nd floor)
- Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm
- Saturdays 8:30 - 9:30am
