  • Tai Chi Dao Yin is a Qigong routine that is developed by Master Tam and is easy to learn. People generally feel more relaxed and grounded after class. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a gentle and safe exercise to promote well-being.
  • Tai Chi - a collection of slow movements; it helps the body to be relaxed and grounded, and nurtures the mind-body connection.  Traditional Yang Style form will be taught.
