New six meridians wind tranformation formula
Shanghan(Wind Cold):
Taiyang(Ub) > Yangming ( St) > Shaoyang ( Gb) > Jueyin( Lv) > Taiyin ( Sp ) > Shaoyin ( Kd)
Comment: Wind cold is yin energy so it attack yang meridian, the most surface of body is Ub, then to the second step meridian is St, the third one is Gb, then go to Ying meridian, because wind cold energy inside body become heater change to yang energy so it go on attack yin meridians, first is Lv, second is Sp, the deepest one is Kd.
Wenbing(Wind heat):
Taiyin(Lu) > Jueyin ( Pc ) > Shaoyin ( Ht ) > Taiyang ( Si ) > Yangming ( Li) > Shaoyang(Sj)
Comment: Wind heat energy is yang energy and it lighter, so it attack yin meridians above organs first is Lu, second organ is pc, third is Ht, then the energy is cooler inside body, so it become yin energy should attack yang meridians, first is Si, second is Li, the deepest is Sj.

The "Latissimus Dorsi"
The "Latissimus Dorsi" stretch is a very useful qigong move when wind has entered the body, particularly at the back of the waist.
Open tiger mouth by spreading the thumb and index finger apart.
Turn the wrists so thumbs are forward and the fingers point to the spine, palms and fingers covering the Latissimus Dorsi muscle (which relates to the spleen meridian).
Tuck the chin in, pull the elbows back toward each other, and inhale deeply, stretching the front central line and opening the lungs. Then , exhale, and let the elbows move forward to their initial position, releasing any tension.
Repeat 3-9 times.
This will restore balance to many meridians that are affected by EMF stress such as proximity to computers, cell phones, transformer wires. People who are sensitive to changes in barometric pressure also find it helpful.
