Together we'll share and explore a variety of methods to energize, support, motivate, and brainstorm our way to completing projects, improving health, attaining personal goals, and just seeing where this all might lead.

Facilitators: Judith Poole and Martha Tierney are Reiki Masters and experienced gorup facilitators. Judith is a writer with an MA in holistic health, certified as an energy medicine practitioner. Martha, a certified hypnotherapist, is a medium with a doctorate in metaphysics.
