WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE
Here’s proof that what you say matters. And this includes not just the things that you say out loud, or to others, but to the very thoughts you think.
Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies
Alkaline pairs that make up DNA follow a regular grammar and set rules just as languages do. Thus human languages are a reflection of our inherent DNA. Researchers can influence the frequency of DNA material, and thus change genetic information. They proved experimentally that one can alter DNA material simply by the use of words! DNA substance in living tissue will always react to language … if the proper frequencies are being used. This provides an explanation of why affirmations, hypnosis and the like have strong effects. It is normal and natural for DNA to react to language. From an article by By Grazyna Fosar and Franz Bludorf. Here’s the link to the full article about this research. http://bit.ly/yYKwKd

Much of what we find ourselves saying is evoked while we are on automatic pilot, or is evoked when we are suppressing a reactive emotion, like fear, or anger. A good example is one most parents have experienced. Growing up we may have promised ourselves that we will never say something that we heard our parents or other adults saying. And yet, in a stressful moment, we may hear those very words being ushered out of our own mouths.
Recent research illustrates that every thought we express has a part in programming a physiological response at the level of the DNA. Our bodies follow our instructions. For example, If we constantly tell ourselves “nothing ever works the way I want it to,” our bodies make every effort to allow this statement to be true. The body/mind believes that what we SAY is what we WANT.
Although the research cited above underscores the mechanism through which the power of our thoughts is expressed, these ideas are anything but new. Almost all spiritual writing throughout the ages makes reference to this idea. Though few of us would disagree, implementing this principle can be a challenge. It requires first making a decision to pay attention. We then must listen with care to every thought we think and every word we utter.
