Chad Dupuis interviewed for Chattanooga Times article on Tai Chi
The Chattanooga Times Free Press recently wrote a detailed article about the health benefits of Tai Chi, particularly for Baby boomers. As a Yang Style Tai Chi instructor, I was interviewed for the article and discussed the benefits of Tai Chi and the fact that you can start at any age. There was a slight mis-quote in the article where they quoted me as saying "most tai chi students begin in their 60s and 70s..." - this is obviously incorrect and should ready "many". In reality people start their study of Tai Chi at any age - from young children to people in their 70's and beyond. You can read the article here. And my Tai Chi offerings in Chattanooga are here.
