Successful treatment for epilepsy
Have you successfully treated epileptic conditions - either those tonic-clonic seizures or those those look like daydreaming (absence seizures) more commonly found in children. I am stupified that only symptoms can be treated ( with meds that have side effects) but no "cure" of the disorder in allopathic medicine. It is agreed that the cause is electrical, and the only "cure" is to remove the offending part of the brain or provide a pacemaker(essentially ) to the vagus nerve and hope to calm the electrical activity with magnetic impulse on the vagus nerve.
I have scanned your web site but haven't grasped the way TCM defines epilepsy.
Is this something where you have found one modality of treatment better than another?
Is the treatment similiar to ADD or ADHD protocols?
Thank you.
