I would recommend Sheng Hua
I would recommend Sheng Hua Tang, which has Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Tao Ren, Gan Jiang and Zhi Gan Cao. It is one of the common formulas taken after childbirth. If the new mother has low energy the formula may be modified, or other tonifying formula may follow after Sheng Hua Tang.
