five elements discussion

From one of the sub sites on this forum, I have theories that i dont understand and hopefully someone can answer them for me:)

this means that fire will start to progress quicker and more wildly to accompany the additional nourishment for the child, Earth? If this is what happens, this means insomnia may arises, the heart and small intestine will feel exhaustive along with the triple heater which means we feel more cold in the extremities and less energy?

"in cases of anxiety (Fire) which are related to LV Qi Stagnation (Wood) where, over time, you begin to see more Kidney (Water) related signs as the Water element attempts to control the overactive Fire."
what does it mean by we see more kidney related signs? does this mean in this case, the person may be deficient in liquid in their body because the body is draining it all up? and/or does it mean for example the person is more puffy looking?
