Carpal tunnel in pregnancy

Hello,
I have a pregnant patient in third trimester who has bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm starting acupuncture treatment with points for edema in pregnancy: Sp 9, Sp 3, St 36, Kid 7, Ub 20. Should I use some local points?

Add Sj4, Sp5 will be better

Add Sj4, Sp5 will be better in spleen deficiency edema.

She has general edema,but her

She has general edema,but her bigest problem are carpal tunnel bilaterally.
