How long will it take for the meridians to recover after surgery ,especially in caesarean (transverse) section ? when can we start treatment in such cases ? kindly add suggestions .
I think it depends on the individual situation. If the woman has practiced qigong, yoga or other types of meditation, it should be faster. But how long exactly - it's a very relative issue.
During my caesarean, I felt the qi from the lower dantian suddenly moved up to the middle dantian. It was a strange experience.
Uses:Insomnia, Palpitations, Anxiety, Gnawing Hunger. Wen Dan Pian (Wen Dan Tang Wan, Rising Courage Teapills), literally translates as the "Warm The Gallbladder" Formula. This formula is a famous herbal remedy for insomnia and/or anxiety particularly when it arises from "phlegm-heat" in Traditional Chinese Medicine terms. The concepts of dampness and phlegm in Chinese Medicine are much broader than in our western understanding of mucus as they have to do with the smooth flow of energy and emotions in our body. ($8.99)
