Free Introduction to Qi Gong Class

This class provides basic instruction for a variety of qi gong routines that we use within our clinic.  Qi Gong, generally speaking, is a form of exercise similar to Tai Chi but easier to learn with many of the same health benefits of Tai Chi.  There are literally thousands of forms of Qi Gong and we practice a few regularly.  Even without direct instruction many people who come to the class can easily practice these forms over time as they are easy to learn.
