Uses: Headache, Dizziness, Cold Limbs, Irritable. Ban Xia Bai Zhu Tian Ma Wan (Pian) translates into english as the "Pinellia, Atractylodis and Gastrodia Combination" formula. From a Chinese perspective injury (from stress, illness, poor dietary habits) to the Stomach and Spleen system can lead to problems of dampness in the body.
