SP 4 Acupuncture Point - Gong Sun - Spleen Meridian
- Chinese Name Gongsun
- English Name Yellow Emperor
- Location: In a depression distal and inferior to the base of the 1st metatarsal bone at the junction of the red and white skin.
Japanese SP 4 is found proximal to the head of the 1st metatarsal bone were distinct pressure pain is found. - Point Associations:
- Luo Connecting Point
- Chong Mai Master Point, coupled with PC 6, Master point of the Yin Wei Mai.
- Actions & Effects:
- Excess pathologies of the ST and Intestines - severe abdominal a/or epigastric pain, dysentery, food poisoning.
- Gynecological and Abdominal issues due to stagnation of Qi and Blood - masses, fibroids, cysts, menstrual issues.
- With PC 6 for chest and heart pain, shen disorders, anxiety, nervousness.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21
