- Location: 4 cun above the tip of the external malleolus, slightly anterior to the anterior border of the fibula between extensor digitorum longus and peroneous brevis

- Actions & Effects:
- Moving point for GB channel issues - pain, heat, stagnation along the channel.
- Fire Point - useful for treating the fever period of Shao Yang stage diseases (alternating fever and chills).
